When professional zone slithers to frozen and frigid sectors , an outstanding leader’s presence can shake a difference. There are individuals with a magical stroke who can be real magicians in influencing others. They design a difference indisputably. A good leader never knows where his influence stops. He can always work magic even from a distance. Though delayed, the presence of a fine leader, after a span of months, was truly inspiring. 

The great leaders hardly give you answers. They just point the way and let you make your own choices, your own mistakes. A great leader will let you know where to look, but will never tell you what to see. They can galvanise in us a craving to know more. 

It was like lighting a fire in a cold river . 

The laid down pens are awake now. 

The sleeping ideas stirred. 

The dead connotations have started strolling. 

The season of fall has begotten a Spring again.
